Frame Studio is a New Zealand design agency covering UX/UI, brand identity, and strategy — working with clients from small businesses to large corporates and government agencies. I handled WordPress development for their site.
Context
A design agency's own website is its portfolio piece: it has to reflect their design standards precisely and showcase visual work beautifully, while staying easy for the team to update with new projects.
The Challenge
A visually rich, image-heavy portfolio site that still loads fast — especially on mobile, where large imagery can cripple performance — implemented faithfully to the studio's own design.
The Solution
A WordPress build with responsive, lazy-loaded project galleries, smooth scroll-based reveals, and a structured project content model the team manages themselves.
